Shipping & Returns Policy
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order doesn't arrive, be sure to let us know.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@ellajanecreates.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Returns Policy
We gladly accept the return of damaged goods. You can choose to receive a refund or replacement product.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 20 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds & Replacement Items
Once your return is received, inspected and damage confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days, or if you request a replacement product, we will dispatch that to you.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
